Registration Deadlines

Tuesday, November 15, 2016: Deadlines for early-bird registration

Between, Wednesday, November 16, 2016, and Sunday, January 15, 2017: Deadline for regular registration by Internet, mail, or fax.

Monday, January 16, 2017, until February 12, 2017: Deadline for late registration by Internet, mail, or fax.

After February 12, 2017: In-person registration will be accepted onsite at the MAC registration desk in the Hilton Baltimore Hotel, East Foyer.

Individual Registration

Early-bird registration: $160 (through November 15, 2016)

Regular registration: $185  (from November 16, 2016, to January 15, 2017)

Onsite registration: $210 (after January 15, 2017)

Thursday’s Showcases: $20 per person

Thursday or Friday single-day registration: $75 per day

Thursday + Friday registration: $135

Friday + Saturday registration: $105

Saturday single-day only: $40 (includes 3 rounds of workshops, closing keynote, lunch, and exhibits)

Intensives (includes MAC registration and lunch)

  • Building Intercultural Competence for Ministers: $185 (Thursday-Saturday)
  • RCIA Two-Day: $185 (Friday-Saturday)
  • The "Engaged Parish": $90 (Friday only)

Group Registration Discount

A group registration discount is available—6 participants for the price of 5. See the instructions when registering. There are no discounts on single- or two-day registrations.
