Cancellation and Refund Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by January 15, 2019. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $25 administrative fee per person, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after January 15, 2019. Submit all requests to Mid-Atlantic Congress via email. The sponsors regret that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Transferring a Registration
If you are unable to attend the 2019 Mid-Atlantic Congress (MAC), your registration is fully transferable. If you would like to change the name on your registration to someone else, contact us and we will help you with this very simple process.
Consent of Use of Photographic Image
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Mid-Atlantic Congress (MAC) constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MAC’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Volunteers may receive a complimentary or discounted registration based on the amount of time that they give. The following conditions apply. If a volunteer registers for and completes 2 volunteer shifts of a minimum of 4 hours each (for a total of 8 hours minimum), he or she may receive a complimentary registration. If a musician participates in all music events, he or she may receive a complimentary registration.
